DEED Builders, LLC is a family owned, locally operated construction company that specializes is Custom Home Design and Construction.   We are a division of Ruppart & Associates, LLC based in Holden Beach, North Carolina to build new Custom and Spec homes in communities in the North Carolina coastal region.  Throughout 2005 we have assembled an extremely talented and professional crew of craftsman to construct your home as though it were their own.  Our level of detail is what sets us apart from the competition.  

Our mission:  To provide our clients a worry-free service to realize their dreams with the most attractive and unique homes at the fairest value in the market while exceeding quality standards of code and competitors.  

About the contractor:  Eric Ruppart grew up in the Midwest and Southwest before entering the military in 1990.  After his service, which included a tour of duty in Desert Storm, he settled down in North Carolina with his wife Donna, a native Carolinian.  He now has 2 children with her, Dustin and Eryn.  Their initials combine to comprise DEED.

  In 1993 he began his liberal arts education and his pilot ratings in Greensboro.  He began his experiences in the building industry there as well.  While pursuing an aviation career he worked small jobs doing fences and decks.  After succeeding in the aviation field to Airline Captain at Continental Express Airlines he expanded into rental properties and real estate renovation projects.  On September 12, 2001, he realized that any future in the airline industry would be tumultuous at best and set out to change the future for his family.  He formed the parent company Ruppart & Associates, LLC in 2002 and bought, restored or built, then sold more than $2.5million in real estate by December of 2004.  In 2004 after working with a builder with 35 years of experience as an apprentice, he formed the division for new construction.  In April of 2005 he received his license of Building Contractor in the state of North Carolina.
