YOUR 2, 5, 11 MONTH CUSTOMER SERVICE APPOINTMENTS
| Q: What is "DEED Builders, LLC New Home Service Agreement "?
A: DEED Builders, LLC New Home Service Agreement provides you with the most personal
and efficient means of communicating and addressing warranted items during
your first year of homeownership. Your warranty representative will meet
with you at three scheduled appointments over the course of the year -
at two months, five months, and eleven months after closing.
Appointments may be scheduled by contacting DEED Builders at (910) 842-3848. Although the primary purpose of these scheduled meetings is to
take care of any warranty concerns you may have, there are other important
reasons we want to meet with you. Even if you do not have any items
that require service, we want to review your home using a detailed checklist
to determine if the systems in your home are working efficiently at your
2 month service appointment. You'll also learn great tips and suggestions
regarding home care and maintenance. This is the perfect opportunity for
you to ask questions regarding your new home.

| Q: What Is The Procedure For Getting Warranty Work
Done On My Home?
A: At your homeowner acceptance (New Home Initiation), your
warranty representative will give you a New Home Service Agreement request form
on which you will list any warranted items that need servicing during
your second month of home ownership. There may be little things that you
experience when you move in that you did not notice before you closed.
I.E.. An electrical outlet might not be working properly. All warranted
items should be recorded on your list. About two weeks before your Two Month New Home Service Agreement appointment, a representative from DEED Builders will contact you and remind you to either fax or mail your request to us. Providing your list in advance
allows us to review your needs, evaluate the nature of your requests and
plan ahead to maximize your service appointment. This procedure will be
the same for all three New Home Service Agreement appointments.

| Q: Will All Items Be Repaired During My New Home Service Agreement Appointment?
A: Your warranty representative is skilled in maintenance and
repairs. By providing your list up front, we can prepare to bring the
materials and tools needed to take care of some items for you at the time
of your appointment. While we will make every effort to have contractors
meet us at the time of your appointment, we may need to evaluate your
request and schedule a contractor to come back out at a later date, i.e.,
an Electrician or Plumber. Although we strongly urge that you be present
for all 3 New Home Service Agreement Appointments, we understand that taking time
off work is not always possible, and that a friend or relative may be
present instead.

| Q: What If I Have an Emergency?
A: If a situation occurs that prevents you from residing in your
home or that would create harm or detriment to your home or family, you
definitely have an emergency and require immediate attention. Examples
of emergencies include but are not limited to such things as total stoppage
of plumbing or sewer after you have attempted plunging, a water leak that
requires water to be shut off at the meter in order to prevent damage
or a complete loss of electric power in the home after checking the circuit
breakers and confirming there is no local power outage. Although rare,
if such a thing should happen, call DEED Builders' at 910-842-3848 or toll free 866-212-4371 and
identify your situation as an emergency. During normal business hours,
a Warranty Coordinator will return your call immediately. After hours
or on weekends, an answering service will return your call, identify your
situation as an emergency and contact the on-call Warranty Representative.

| Q: What If My Home Needs Warranty Work In Between My Three New
Home Service Agreement Appointments?
A: We understand that you may experience the need for warranty
work from time-to-time that, if left unattended, could lead to more problems,
i.e., a roof leak. Should that situation occur, please call DEED Builders'
Warranty Department. A Warranty Coordinator will assist you in determining
the urgency of the situation and advise you accordingly.

| Q: What Happens At My Two-Month New Home Service Agreement Appointment?
A: Taking care of a new home involves routine maintenance, so
properly educating you regarding these things is of great importance to
both you and DEED Builders. Your Warranty Representative will remind you of
routine maintenance procedures, like caulking and changing your heat and
air filters for best performance, and will conduct an important 12-point
check on your home. Your Warranty Representative will schedule your five-month
New Home Service Agreement Appointment at this time.

| Q: What Happens At My Five-Month New Home Service Agreement Appointment?
A: At your Five Month visit, your Warranty Representative will address
warranted items you have notified us of on your list, and schedule your
Eleven Month New Home Service Appointment. Again, this is the perfect
time to ask lots of questions.

| Q: What Happens At My Eleven-Month New Home Service Appointment?
A: Your Eleven Month appointment is very important, as this is
the last service appointment under your One-Year DEED Builders', Materials
and Workmanship Warranty. We strongly urge that all owners of your household
be present at this meeting, as important information regarding your home's
future warranty procedures will be explained. At your eleven-month visit,
your Warranty Representative will re-explain your structural, mechanical
and manufacturers' warranties - including how to obtain service and the
procedures for filing a claim, should it ever become necessary. At the
end of year one, all future issues regarding your home will be reported
through specific channels identified with each warranty. Please make sure
that you ask as many questions as necessary to ensure a thorough understanding
of these procedures.
